Exchange period You can request an exchange within: 10 days from the date of receipt. Return period You can request a return within: 7 days from the date of receipt. Conditions for exchange and return The product must be returned in its original condition. The product must be unused. The product must be free from damage or defect. Return shipping fees The return shipping fee is 50 Saudi Riyals and may increase depending on the size of the shipment. Fees if the mistake is from the customer If the reason for the return is due to the customer's mistake, the following applies: Deduction of shipping costs Deduction of any previously incurred fees Return request rejection Return requests will be rejected in the following cases: If the product is not returned in its original condition If the product has been damaged or used Method of refund The refund will be made via bank transfer. Non-returnable parts Some electrical or special spare parts come with a trial warranty after installation. If the part was installed and did not work or had a manufacturing defect, it can be returned or exchanged. If it was installed and worked properly without any defect, the return request will not be accepted.
